There are plenty of notes known from the National Bank of Commerce in Saint Louis so a generic note on this bank will not be a great rarity.
There are a huge number of the series 1882 $5 dollar bills surviving from the National Bank of Commerce in Saint Louis. Enough that they can be considered common.
